Official Rules & Eligibility

All Dusty GameCon pass types include automatic Sweepstakes entry. Choose the free Fan Pass, or upgrade to a Resident or Keyholder Pass for enhanced DGC access and exclusive pass benefits.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PASS UPGRADE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Dusty GameCon $500+ Prize Drawings (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored and administered by DustyGame.com / Dusty GameCon, 955 Columbia Street, Brea, CA 92821 (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”).

Sponsor is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, including entry processing, winner selection, winner notification, and prize distribution. Participating partners provide prize merchandise as prize contributors but do not administer or control the Sweepstakes unless expressly identified in these Official Rules.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on February 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who have reached the age of legal majority in their country or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and participating prize contributors are not eligible to enter or win.

Entrants may participate from outside the United States; however, any selected winner must provide a valid United States shipping address to receive a prize. Sponsor will ship prizes only to U.S. addresses.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals who register for any Dusty GameCon attendee pass during the Sweepstakes Period are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes.

Choose the pass experience that is right for you:

  • Fan Pass: Free registration and one (1) automatic Sweepstakes entry.

  • Resident Pass: Enhanced Dusty GameCon access and benefits, plus one (1) automatic Sweepstakes entry.

  • Keyholder Pass: Premium Dusty GameCon access and exclusive benefits, plus one (1) automatic Sweepstakes entry.

Each eligible person receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of pass type. Purchasing, upgrading, registering for, or receiving multiple passes—including passes for friends or family—does not create additional entries or improve the chance of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

There will be twenty (20) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) curated official video game and/or anime merchandise prize box with an approximate retail value of at least $500 USD.

The total approximate retail value of all twenty (20) prize boxes is at least $10,000 USD.

Each prize box may include a curated mix of official merchandise contributed by one or more participating prize contributors. Current participating prize contributors include:

  • ARC SHOP US

  • Rocket Panda Games

  • Level99

  • SHOP ATLUS

  • DustyGame.com

  • Funstock

Additional prize contributors and prize details may be announced before the drawings.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater retail value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Twenty (20) potential winners will be selected in random prize drawings on or about February 26, 2027, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each potential winner will be assigned one (1) prize box. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize box.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified through the email address associated with their DustyGameCon.com registration.

A potential winner must respond within five (5) business days after the notification is sent. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, a U.S. shipping address, and any documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five business days, is ineligible, cannot provide a valid U.S. shipping address, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped at no cost to the winner to a valid U.S. shipping address only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments after delivery to the carrier.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, fees, or other expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

9. Publicity and Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, country, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating prize contributors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

12. Winner List and Support

For Sweepstakes support or to request a winner list, submit a support ticket through DustyGameCon.com within six (6) months after the drawing date.

13. Prize Contributors

ARC SHOP US, Rocket Panda Games, Level99, SHOP ATLUS, DustyGame.com, Funstock, and any additional exhibitors are participating prize contributors only. Unless expressly identified as a sponsor, they do not sponsor, administer, or control this Sweepstakes.
